Requesting a medication refill:

Call your pharmacy and they will fax a request to us.

  • Mail orders: please leave a message with us. We need to know if the order is to be faxed to the pharmacy or mailed directly to you. Leave any pertinent information such as ID#. Please allow 2 business days to process your request.
  • You may mail requests for mail order prescriptions to our office.
  • If you bring a refill request to the office, please leave it with our receptionist.
  • If your request is urgent, please let us know.
